Decision Day & Falcons' Soaring wall

We are having a special day for all Seniors called Decision Day on Friday, May 1 at 10AM in the Gym. We want you to participate whether you are enrolling in college/tech school, enlisting in the military, or going straight to work to be employed.
Please fill out the form below with the information needed. You need to upload a picture of your enrollment acceptance, enlist acceptance, or employment acceptance. This can be in letter form, a picture of a computer email, etc.
Lastly, we will use this information and the senior picture you took and add it to the Falcons' Soaring wall across from the Media Center.
